Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SOULBEATFUL Wedding Band ("we", "us") processes personal data collected via this website (mallorcaweddingband.com).

    1. Data Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this site is SOULBEATFUL Wedding Band. For requests, please contact info@mallorcaweddingband.com.

    2. Data We Collect

When you submit our contact form we process the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), event date, venue and message. This data is used exclusively to respond to your booking enquiry.

    3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and, where applicable, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

    4. Storage & Retention

Enquiries are stored securely in our backend (Supabase, EU region) and forwarded to our internal CRM. Data is kept only as long as needed to handle your booking or as required by law.

    5. Email Communication

Transactional emails (confirmation, admin notification) are delivered via Resend. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time via the link in our emails or the unsubscribe page.

    6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

    7. Anonymous Page Count (no cookies)

We count every page view fully anonymously to understand how much the site is used (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). We store only the page visited, date and time, the country and approximate place (city/region), the referring domain and the device category (phone, tablet, computer). No IP address and no identifier are stored, and nothing is written to your device — it is not possible to trace this back to a person. The approximate place is derived from your network connection at the moment of the request and is not kept together with any identifier. This count runs regardless of your choice in the privacy notice, because it does not process data that relates to you as a person.

    8. Statistics & Reach Measurement (optional)

Only with your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) do we measure which pages you open, in which order and for how long, which page you arrived on, where you came from (referrer) and which buttons you use (for example "Check availability", WhatsApp or e-mail). For this we store a random visitor ID and a session ID in your browser (see "Storage in your browser") and, in our database, additionally your IP address, the approximate place derived from it (city, region, country), your browser's time zone and browser identification (user agent). The visitor ID lets us recognise whether you have visited before. The IP address is deleted automatically after 30 days; the approximate place and browser identification remain without any link to an IP address. Only we see this data; a summary report is e-mailed to us. There is no sharing with third parties and no profiling. Without consent, no measurement takes place. You can change your decision at any time here:

Statistics measurement is currently not decided.

    9. Storage in Your Browser

Your consent decision is stored in your browser's local storage (key mwb-consent-v1) so we do not ask again. With statistics enabled, a random visitor ID (mwb-visitor-v1), a visit counter and a session ID for the current browser tab are stored as well. Disabling statistics removes them.

    10. Google Tag Manager

This site also loads Google Tag Manager after the page has finished loading. No advertising cookies are set through it.
